I just got back from a trip to Cologne, Germany. I didn't have to many expectations but it turned out to be an amazing city! With lots of green on the side of the river for people to have bbq's, read, relax etc. A must see is the Ludwig Museum: modern art and a big Picasso collection. Cologne is also a good shopping place. A tip: Auf wolke sieben (click for link) for shoes and dresses! I'll definitely go back in the summer!
